Focus
The focus piece of the music box is a small gear driven music box, and counts as a +5 level 22 focus, usable by any arcane class. Driven by magic, the gear can play forever, without winding.
The problem is the latch that engages the gear to the music box is jammed, so the music box cannot be operated normally. The music box was stuck on for ages, until it’s recent damage, and now it is stuck in the off position.
Until fixed, the music box cannot perform any of it’s powers
At-Will power - Change the music to a new tune of your choosing.
Encounter Power - Confer combat advantage to you and your allies until the start of your next turn
Daily Power - Allow a power with a sustain minor to be sustained until the end of the encounter, or until the music box is turned off. This can be dispelled at will by the caster as a free action (ending the effect immediately)
Amiplifier
While the music box is inserted into the amplifier and playing, any rituals performed in it’s vicinity (within 10 squares) are granted a +5 to their associated skill check.
Three times per day, any bardic ritual may be performed without paying the component cost.
