Swarms
Swarms are not a single creature, but a mass of smaller ones acting in unison. Individually insignificant, they become dangerous through sheer numbers, overwhelming anything caught within their reach.
Unlike most threats, swarms do not think or plan. They move as a tide, surging, consuming, and dispersing without regard for tactics or self-preservation.
Encounters with swarms are less about defeating a foe, and more about surviving the onslaught.
Venomscale Swarm

A writhing mass of small, venomous creatures, the venomscale swarm attacks as a unified body. Their bites are numerous and relentless, quickly overwhelming those unable to escape their reach.
Rat Swarm

Common in dark, enclosed spaces, rat swarms flood through passages and over obstacles with disturbing speed. They gnaw, bite, and climb over one another in a chaotic surge, making them difficult to contain or repel.
