A major city in Zerith, Porin is the shining Jewel of the southern desert. Porin is a port town on the east coast of a massive inhospitable wasteland. Comparatively, it seems an oasis. Magical machines pull the water from the nearby ocean, desalinate it, and provide water to is 200,000 residents, and irrigation for crops and livestock in it’s outlying farms. Beyond the farms, and unforgiving desert of scorching sand awaits any who dare to brave the wild, though there are no other landmarks, nor any passes through the mountain. The city does seem truly cut off from the world.
