Session 4 - Zanzer Tem’s Dungeon 4, start of Stonefast

Rather than immediately returning to civilization, the group chose to investigate another nearby location tied to the wizard’s activities, the abandoned dwarven stronghold of Stonefast.
The journey through Stonefast was long and dangerous. Dark creatures had claimed the halls of the ancient dwarven fortress, and the party fought their way deeper into the mountain.
Eventually they reached the heart of the stronghold where they encountered Emro, a young white dragon trapped there by Zanzer Tem’s illusions.
Though the first meeting was tense and hostile, the party eventually brokered peace with the dragon and helped free him from the magic that had kept him imprisoned.
After surviving the gauntlet of monsters within Stonefast and collecting what treasures they could carry, the party finally emerged from the mountain into the sunlight.
Before them, carved into the mountainside above, stood the tower of Zanzer Tem.
The wizard who had started all of this was still out there somewhere.
And the adventure was far from over.
